Kyocera T/A 400ci random black lines

    Hello folks,

Today i was facing a strange problem.
Client was complaining about quality issue.
Little (short) horizontal black lines appeared by printing randomly all over the page.
I've this also by printing in colour.

I changed the DV black, drum in black, transfer belt, 2nd transfer roller, fusing. Vacuumed inside the machine, cleaned contacts from Developer, HVU transfer belt contacts etc... Laser glass has been cleaned. (but i didn't unmount the laser unit to clean it...)
    F/W= version 13
Sim 464 ac callibration has been done. Sim 412...

It could be the cleaning motor from black?
If it should be the laser i guess i'll have white lines in text?

    Any comment should be appreciated...

    Thanks on advance

Do these lines appear on U089 internal prints? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Hi Blackcat,

Yes, on the U89 testpages to in all colors...
It could be a bad cleaning motor from the black drum unit maybe?
Used gears in the imaging drive unit?
Since then i didn't hear this client back.
