I don't have a picture of the tab, but if you look at the right-hand feed assembly you will see a small black tab that keeps the metal feed assembly from moving during the drive time. That tab will be broken off from the left side feed assembly. I have used a large paper clip wrapped around the frame and assembly, but the best fix is to replace the plastic housing for the feed head.
I know the plastic housing for the feed clutch on the middle feed unit breaks all the time on these models. If that happens you just have to replace that unit. Real easy one connector and it slides right out.

Yep. Replaced some of these too. After rereading the original post, this may be a more accurate solution. The broken feed head tab would not make noise when running feed motor in MM 30.
If I remember correctly, this all transpired something like this:
1) Rear transfer roller bushing breaks.
2) Machine jams.
3) Enduser attempts to remove jam. Transfer roller drops out into the vertical path.
4) Enduser does not see the transfer roller, and cannot get the door to latch. Hard slamming, maybe kicking involved.
5) Top of drive assembly is shattered.
I can't remember the name of it ... but it's the feed assembly between the MFP tray and the registration assembly (maybe middle feed unit?). =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
I had this machine for 2 months and it works ok despite this sound.
Now cos I am a newbie it is hard for me to keep up with your tech language .
I don't know where things are placed in machine. Yes I have service manual but still it is hard to see where everything is.
I thought this little motor under green circle is what makes the "wowowo" sound, but it is not.
Rustle sound comes from gears and I don't know should I grease them? Sound coming from.jpg
I also made the video so you can check the sound. "wowowo" sound comes somewhere behind the green circle. Maybe it is a normal thing
I think I'd just replace the middle feed clutch (in your green circle). Do not lubricate electromagnetic clutches. =^..^=

You might want to check the gears on your MP tray and the pass-thru from MP tray to the middle feed section. You know, the part above tray 1 with the green knob for clearing jams from the MP tray. All those gears turn with the middle feed section.
Phew !! There will be a lot of work around that. BlackCat i meant grease on little gears not the motor.
I will check the MP feed all the way then. Summer break = more work lol

Thx guys.
The middle feed comes out easily as does the MP tray assembly. You can just pull the MP tray transport deck out enough to check gears and bushings. Shouldn't be much to check at all.
If you've got another machine somewhere, you can swap the middle feed in a couple of minutes to test.
