keep getting a C2100 code on FS c2126

I keep getting a C2100 code after the machine runs a few color copies. History of Machine: this machine was shipped upside down from UPS (great job guys). I have cleaned out every inch of this machine. I have replaced a broken transfer unit. I have determined that this machine has not had bulletin #2 parts replaced (toner supply issue). ratchet shutter, holder joint, Cam toner supply, lever interlock, case spacer and parts waste toner assy (old). Has anyone run into this problem. I have determined the devo drive unit works just fine by hand rotation of motor, so does the drum drive (neither have been removed).

Was the Transfer Unit broken due to shipping? If so, you should have filed a claim on UPS.

Have you checked out the Developer unit?
