[Error Code] Kyocera FSC5250dn Error F186 at switch-on

    Hi Team

I'm faced with error F186 on fsc5250dn which is not giving chance for any printout. I've replaced main board and updated firmware but persisting.

Any one met this with some solution?

    Thanks

As you probably already know, the definitions on these cfxxx codes are not very clear. cf186 refers to cf226. cf226 is a DDR2 memory error.

I think the way I would diagnose this error is to take the machine off the network then boot up. If you can copy and print reports without errors, then I would crossover to my laptop and print. If you still get no errors, I would deduce that you're getting corrupt print data from the network. If you get errors while printing from the network or your laptop, then I'd change the memory. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Thanks Blackcat4866

Above was realy a pointer to the problem.

I replaced the DDR and problem sorted.
