You have a bad connection to the thermistor or a bad thermistor. This code is pretty specific.

While you're checking the thermistor, make sure the surface is clean and contacting the upper roller.

This is the part number if you need it:

    302F925650 Thermistor (FTH)

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yes, the thermistor is in the fuser, but a bad connection to the thermistor can also take place between the modular fuser connector and the engine board. Check that connection also.

Is you're AC line voltage within specifications? Dirty or inconsistent AC can cause fuser errors. That could explain other fuser errors also.

It's possible (but unlikely) that you may have a bad engine board or power supply.

At least at this early stage of troubleshooting, it is not time yet to replace boards. Check out the AC first.
