That will only move scanner frames to left in order to lock them down.

You actually need to perform sim 020 reset data.

U002 will only move the scanner rail to the far left of the machine to lock it in for transport. It doesn't change any settings.

You can clear everything using a U020 reset, however doing so will clear some settings such as machine destination, DF registration, paper timing values ect, so you should print out a maintenance list (U000) first so you've got a copy of these values.

You should be absolutely sure you want to do a lobotomy on your 3035.

Even with the maintenance report it can be very difficult to restore all the settings. I have only run 020 a few times and usually regret it. And it doesn't fix anything.

                =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

if this is what you want to do then Then DO NOT run a Sim020 reset.

If you have admin passwords on your print system then you will need a tech to reset the card with a jumper to remove the unknown password.
