Kyocera KM 8030 jam 62

Hi

This problem occur time to time, paper sheet jam in the interchange unit
(situated before fusing unit),the paper make a buckle, and stop just after
the duplex, pick up/ roller unit.I made the modification indicated by the
Kyocera service support (new roller switchback), it seems not to be efficient, i also cleaned the solenoid pick up.
Any help would be welcome !

Hi

Thank you very much for your answers ! I have made modifications and
will see if it's getting better ! ( not the good moment anyway, because
of hollydays vacations !)
