[CQ] 552ci light on copies. Print looks fine

Prints look great but copies are light. The copies look like 4th or 5th generation originals when they come out.

Clean optics and make sure eco mode settings aren't on.

Thanks. That's been done. Just found that the customer had set Correct Fine Black Line to on(high) because they didn't want to clean the glass all the time. Changed it to on(low) and copies look great again.
