    FYI Fs-c2126 etc J4020 J4220

    not sure if this will help anyone but here is a bit of info from my recent encounter with the codes.

    We changed the right side interlock switch mechanism as per the cover open bulletin and one month down the line I compared jam logs and there is no more Jams listed for those codes.
    they were getting a few a week before.

    as the jams relate to paper at the sensor at power up it makes a little sense!

    anyway hope it helps.

      You may have something madas. I noticed a similar trend. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
