    KM-5035 Why jam #41 intermittent ? Help

I looked up jam 41 in manual, did not help me much.
This is intermittent jam, it makes a fan at fuser because exit rollers to center section seem to stall while fuser is still driving.
I pulled exit roller unit, cleaned the 2 sensors, cleaned exit rollers... Running
Customer calls back next day - same intermittent jam#41

I'm swapping the exit roller unit today, but seems like I remember this problem being something else ???

    Any input, thanks.

Look at the guide on the door that holds the press roller claws. On that guide there should be a spacer feature at the rear, and at the front.

    Three things to watch for:
    1) guide is heat warped or bent
    2) the spacer feature at the front has broken off
    3) broken or out of position pressure roller claws

Also check that you have a minimum 3mm leading edge void. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
