Toner container not installed error (FS-6030 I know classed as a printer)

Hi Guys
I know this is not classed as a copier but have any of you had the issue where the m/c gives this message "Toner container not installed"

I was told the toner was changed a couple of weeks ago and the message just appeared! asked about power outage told none.
reset connectors on engine board, m/c is in an office environment so quite clean.

I have tried a new toner but still the same message, it was late friday and I didn't have a manual to follow so I couldn't find the switch that activates when a toner is installed.

Any thoughts?

Change the engine board, it is a known problem on these machines.

AlbertK is correct, a surface mounted resistor overheats and opens up causing this error.

Thanks for the input, you were correct! It was the engine board.
