    FS-6030mfp Toner container not installed error

    Hi Guys
    Have any of you had the issue where the m/c gives this message "Toner container not installed

    I was told the toner was changed a couple of weeks ago and the message just appeared! asked about power outage told none.
    reset connectors on engine board, m/c is in an office environment so quite clean.

    I have tried a new toner but still the same message, it was late friday and I didn't have a manual to follow so I couldn't find the switch that activates when a toner is installed.

    Any thoughts?

      Change the engine board, it is a known problem on these machines.
      The product may be brilliant and the salesperson proficient, but if the technician isn’t efficient, then the story will end there.
