    recipe websites hanging up machines

I've come across this several times in the last month or so. Seems people love printing recipes from websites and several of these sites love to crash printers. I've seen it cause CF248 codes on an 1128, cause a KM 2560 to just straight lock up and do nothing, and cause an HP printer to throw 49.xx codes. So if ya come across a machine freaking out like this ask which one is printing a recipe and go delete the offending print job and reboot. Haven't seen this on any of our Konica Minoltas yet but we are only halfway thru the month LOL

The newest version of Internet Exploder might have something to do with that, too.

It's Zillow that's affecting the Kyoceras (CF248) at all the real estate places, and yes, there's firmware for it now. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
