Kyocera TaskAlfa 4501i fax reporting

Hi everyone,

Could any help with switching on fax reporting on a Kyocera TaskAlfa 4501i ?
Ideally need it to print out a TX and RX confirmation report.
Iv already tried myself and found what I thought was the correct settings, but it still isn't working.

1. System menu > Report > Result report setting > Send result report, and change the fax value for sending.
2. System menu > Report > Result report setting > Then press [Change] of FAX RX Result Report to either On, Off or Error only.

It's all there in the fax operation guide, available for free from the manufacturer's website.
