[Jamming] KM-6030 J-81 When printing only (apple environment)

I found a heavy J-81 counter, did some copy tests with out jams, but when they print from several apple computers it jams on same spot: finisher entrance. I did replaced the paper detect sensor at entrance of finisher, but the problem keeps happening.
Some days, there is no jams at all.
Some one suggest to me that print drivers for apple 10.5 and up are not supported yet by kyocera products.

I have to disabled the finisher in order to have printer and copier operable.

I need a solution, customer can't live without finisher option.

Is the print driver configured to show finisher functions?
Are you using the Kyocera PPD, or a universal driver? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The problem has nothing to do with the computer. I would look at the turnover section

As Toner killer suggested. When doing Copy is it from glass (no Switchback is used) or from ADF (switcback in duplex is used) for print applies the same as with ADF (switch back in duplex is used)

        Good catch Tonerkiller

My experience with 81's was a plastic C clip came out in the entrance roller and the bearing was out and shaft spinning on the chassis.
.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?

The machine is using the face down output path which Kyo calls the switchback unit. I guarantee there is some sort of drag in the switchback unit causing the paper to be late to the finisher. Remove the switchback unit and clean all the shafts and bushings on the rear drive of it. You prob. need to clean all the shafts that the gears behind the switch back and fuser spin on. These are attached inside the rear frame of the transfer/fuser tray. Remove the fuser and switchback units and you will see all the gears behind them.
