    color lock

I have a customer that wants to have color locked down but doesn't want to have to login for b/w. TA6551ci. I have tried color lock but it only locks down the copy side not print. We also work on sharp and this is an easy process to do on them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Re: color lock

Go into the administrator settings in the driver & put it in B&W mode.
    Hope that helps !
