    [Jamming] FS-1135MFP Jam 0501

I'm getting a lot of jam 0501 (180). The lead edge of the page is getting damaged as it turns up out of the tray. It doesn't even make it out of the tray usually. There is a black guide that it rubs on as it makes that 180degree turn that looks like the fins might line up. I don't feel any burs or see anything there and the guide looks very hard to get at if it needs changing. Anyone have this problem or some ideas?

I'm going to change the feed rollers because they do look a little worn and maybe they will just be able to push it through and not stick on guide. 32653 prints on machine.

On FS-1135mfp, that jam is usually caused by the flat spot on the retard roller (the paper cassette one), also low quality paper, especially if wet or bent can contribute to this jam.

We've ordered some of the shafts that the feed roller with the one-way is on. It seems to wear down the shaft.
Also check the guide where the resist roller comes out. I know some guys have put mylars over them with success.
      Hope that helps !
