Re: Kyocera website missing knowledge base
I guess I haven't used it that much. Didn't notice. I come here for that sort of thing, or DNet. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Kyocera website missing knowledge base
On kda connect, there is a technical resources link. It has many parts. Download manuals, firmware, utilities, you name it. Until a couple days ago, one of the links was named knowledge base. It included 2 choices..One was helpdesk, which posted solutions to problems called in there. Choice 2 was Q & A. It was filled with great technical bullitens and notes. I really used that.Just wondering..Maybe I'll call them.Comment

Re: Kyocera website missing knowledge base
Yea they took away the knowledge base. They want you to use the service portal now. It is not as easy to use as the knowledge base, but it works.Comment

Re: Kyocera website missing knowledge base
Log in to KDA, click on Technical Resources, click on Portal, click on search, Important, uncheck all but QA, enter model # example FS-1128MFP, Service bulletins should appear. unchecking all but QA speeds this up. Good Luck, works for me.Comment
