    Copystar CS 400ci C7000 error

Have a CS 400ci service call that I inherited with C7000 error. Previous tech said that black toner motor was not turning and ordered part 302H793461 Drive Unit A. I got on site and the part was there (part number 302KY94180, assume new updated part number), install part and still have C7000 error. Run U135 and all motors turn, checked U904 and Count does not list anything, Total count shows errors including C7000. Run U906 and turn off and on and still have error. double checked all connectors. Also unit now says C/M/Y toner empty, but they do not feel empty. Am I missing something????

Have you checked to see if the agitators in the toner cartridge can turn? Does the black developing unit turn? If there's no agitation it will always read undertoned. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Check all your toner hoppers and make sure that are not plugged up with toner....Also make sure all the units turn freely and no gears are striped. .

      Have fun

I think your COUPLING DLP DRIVE (black developer) is broken. It's a part of the PARTS MAIN DRIVE H UNIT
Install a new PARTS MAIN DRIVE H UNIT and the problem is gone.
