Thanks for the insight, dikyo, I have also activated u161 to " toner stain reduction" to on, I have failed to mention that in my previous posts.

I am not a believer in aftermarket toners. However, in this case, we are experiencing similar issues with the fusers on Kyo TA-5501's. I posted last week but have not been on the forum until now to respond. The issues that we are seeing appears to be a residual buildup of toner starting in the center of the upper (teflon) roller and spreads towards the ends. This reflects in office setting and dirty copies, particularly in multi copy runs. You can try and clean the roller without damaging but returns all too soon. The latest firmware version (4) out in the last 60 days does make adjustments to the fusing temperature, but we cannot see that it has helped this issue. Probably enhanced the issue. WIll be in touch with Kyo tomorrow to start that maddening process. When I get to office tomorrow, will add images. have started to make an adjustment to temperature but only on one high volume unit. We use only OEM toner and have since the beginning. Technicians are telling me that the fuser rollers are now a different color in the FK's. Once the toner starts to build on teflon roller, silicon roller becomes very wrinkled. Not sure if that is just due to the roller cooling off but looks like would be difficult for toner not to build in these wrinkles (crevasses). WIll post tomorrow. There is definitely an issue all of a sudden. All of our troubled units are new boxes from last 6 months or so. None of which have hit 600 k on total counter or fuser counter.
