    Saturn 400ci Auto Calibration Wacked

Customer is having the colors mostly magenta get really wacky after machine runs an auto color calibration in the middle of a long print job. If they run a grey adjustment it will fix the colors. The before picture is what it looks like when color is fine and the after calibration picture is what happens when it runs it's auto calibration in the middle of a print job.

What kind of mileage is on the consumables? Calibration not holding can be the result of dying developer or worn drums, or contaminated primary charge rollers. It would be more instructive to see the U089 Gray test patterns in each color. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The product may be brilliant and the salesperson proficient, but if the technician isn’t efficient, then the story will end there.
