[CQ] Kyocera KM 2530 Image enlarged by about 6 % and off set...

When I print off the glass the image is enlarged and offset. (Not centered), Also when I print the machine settings U001, The type is also enlarged and off-set. I changed the laser with no effect. I have no clue where to go from here... I also initially did a U021, nothing changed... Any help will be so appreciated...

In the service manual there are various adjustments for leading edge and center lines, I had to do a full adjustment on a KM-1650 the other day, it sucked as the screen is about an inch wide and you must use flashing lights for half the calibrations, should be easier on a 2530.

U053 Performing fine adjustment of the motor speed
    Description
Performs fine adjustment of the speeds of the motors.
    Purpose
Used to adjust the speed of the respective motors when the magnification is not correct.

It wont be fun.. I believe you will be actually adjusting the speed of the polygon mirror, have not done it before, but have a feeling it will be sensitive :/
If the magnification was off only from the scanner bed it would be easier.

Also with the alignment issues, the sim codes are easy to find, but make sure you do them in order, Engine-scanner bed-ADF or (DP)-then duplex, also make sure you do for both A4&A4R, other wise your just working backwards

    Hope this helps
