DP 670B Jamming and Skewing

Hi Guys I have a DP 670 on a 300i Thats skewing and dog earing papers, It was eating the originals right above the exposure glass but I was able to adjust the guide now its dog earing the back side of the original. Has anybody else seeing this problem I had a couple other machines do this in the past but iv'e always been able to adjust the guide. This one I cant seem to get rid of the skew or keep it from dog earing.

Are you getting blurred image on the leading edge, or is it maybe a wrap-around jam when duplex scanning?

The Lead lead edge is blurred, I can hear the paper hitting when it's over the exposure glass.

Did you ever get a solution to the skewing of the DP670B? I am getting the same thing. You hear the paper as it hits the exposure glass and it skews.

You need to apply bulletin SB DP-027. It takes ordering 5 pieces of FILM BASE SP (303MX02080) and affixing it to the guide.
