Have you tried re-loading the print card firmware and machine firmware?

I realize it is a translation, but what is the exact message displayed? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The print card and scan card firmware update separately from the rest of the machine. If you used version 352 this does not include print card firmware. What was the message? =^..^=

Had KM-6030 evrytime give C-0640 HDD code. Tried U024 + U989, no luck. Replace w/new HDD, no more problem. Used generic HD drive from Tiger Direct.

            I had the same problem.
What i finally had to do is replace the hdd with new one.
Just make sure it is the mita hdd.
            This machine hates generic hdd's.
Since I replaced the hdd I haven't heard from them.
