    Auto cassette change TA 520i

    Brain cloud, senior moment or whatever.
    I can't find for the life of me how to change auto cassette selection.
    Meaning; When paper is empty in LCC customer wishes the box would not auto select next cassette which has blue media in it.
    Thanks for clearing up my brain cloud.

    Setting media type in the next cassette to a different media type other than plain (ie color, bond, etc ) should remove that cassette from auto selection.

      Everything is media type based.

        Thanks guys, that was my solution, designating tray to color.
        Well at least I didn't have that dreaded Brain Cloud.

          dont forget the print driver media type is set to "unspecified".. so it'll still scroll to the next tray when PRINTING!
          change all workstations to "Plain" i think...

            If you want to turn ON auto paper selection (based on paper size) for printing, send the following PreScribe command: !R! FRPO R1,99;EXIT;
            Default value of R1 is "0" or Off. =^..^=
            If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
