    utax 2500ci /kyocera 2551ci black spots

    Hello having a problem with a utax 2500ci with black spots on copies have had to change black drum and transfer belt machine has only done 80000 prints now after 3 weeks the marks have come back again does anyone have any ideas ?
    Possible dev unit problem ? Utax has no service bulletin for this

      Do you have a scan of the issue? If it's what I think it is, I haven't had much luck getting full yield from the black drums. They usually arc out well before the yield. Changing the primary charge rollers at a scheduled early interval might help. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Don't have a scan handy it is lots of little black spots down middle couple of inches of page we had to change drum after 80000 and 8 months also had to change transfer belt unit for dropping toner and four weeks later we have same marks on copies read on another post about dev unit problem but utax partner site does not have any bulletin s for this
