Hi, I have this machine thats giving me a print problem, blue and yellow lines across color print page. I checked and did cleaning of all units, drum and developer units and the belt unit. I will have to replace the yellow and cyan developer units, however the meter count doesnt say the developers are due for replacement total prints including black is 56 456 only. On the other hand I can't order in the maintenance kit cause I will only need the developing units yellow and cyan. Is there anyway I can have the two developer units ordered seperately instead of the maintenance kit?

What makes you think that the blue (probably cyan) and yellow lines are caused by the developing units? Odds are, the cause is dirty primary charge rollers. Have you examined them? What color are they? Regardless of count, if the primary charge units are a shade of gray to white, they are coated with ozone, and may benefit from cleaning. A clean primary charge roller will be black. Use a water based cleaner sparingly (either water or glass cleaner). The charge roller must be completely dry before re-installing it, so consider that when when your getting it wet.
If you'd like a more accurate opinion on the cause of the problem, you should create four single color prints. one each cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. Then scan them to PDF's and post them to this thread.
You can purchase separate developing units ... but based on the little information you have provided, I'm convinced that you going in the wrong direction. Another consideration, is that color developing units rarely make stated yield. The lower the usage, the shorter the life. The higher the usage, the higher the yield.
Post more information. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
