    [Error Code] C-2300 with TASKalfa 820

    Hi all, I have got C-2300 with TASKalfa 820 six months later and I have replaced the fused motor. Now it's come against but the motor is not damage cause when i turn off and on the machine, it's can work around 2000 copies.
    I want to know if there is a SB about this code.

      If you're getting toner buildup on the upper fuser roller, the friction of that hot toner against a heavily toner packed web will slow down the fuser drive motor.

      If you see heavy toner buildup on the upper roller and web, replace the upper fuser roller, and manually advance the web to a clean spot. Then adjust web advance in simulation 194 down from default Count: 66 to as low as 33 (number of clicks between web advance pulses, decrease by increments of 5), turns to 3. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
