Every time I open (turn on) the copier I have to calibrate again the touch panel on U201..
It seems that its not saving my recent calibration..Did I miss anything?
You'll probably need to change the tablet. It's the glass + plastic top surface over the LCD display. It's very common during the moist times of the year to have the conductive adhesive loosen, that attaches the ribbon cable.
This is the place to bitch, moan, or make a statement. Anything goes!

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Im planning to replace the touch glass..I did check replace the whole panel from a good copier..hoping no more re calibration..But the same thing happen..Turning off the unit losses its calibration setting..It happens now on my 2unit KM5050..
Do you lose the date/time also? Any other data? Like address book or network credentials?

As far as I can tell, there is no replaceable backup battery. Losing the date/time would have been confirmation, so I wouldn't be too worried about that. =^..^=
