    Falcon 3

    HI ! i have small problem here is halfprint is produce on and off when doing copying.But of course is not all the time ,my firmware version 0.16,your help is appreciated. THankYou.[Falcon 3 problem]

    You need to be more specific with your description of the problem. What kind of "half copies" are you getting: half the page is blank or is the image shifted half way off of the page? Off the glass, through the DF or both? All drawers and sizes?

      I am unable to understand the problem.

      New firmware today version 2.20 08/08/08. The engine firmware updated to version 13.001 =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        What i mean here is the print out is cut off which is not caused DF or paper tray.Thankyou.Our latest firmware here is 17.00 i not very sure whether is it the same.
