Do you have a specific model in mind? There isn't a "General For All Kyocera" manual to reference. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.

Perhaps I'm wrong, but I think that you are trying to make your customers beholden to you, since your competitors cannot access service mode. They won't be any happier to deal with your company.
