    TA5551ci C5101-C5104

    Good day all
    Any one had this before?
This machine is begging to be bounced...I have followed all the instructions in the manual, firmware updates, replaced all the PWB's as in the manual problem solving list but these code keep popping up, anything from C5101 to C5104. I know it has something to do with the High voltage....but what else if High voltage, Power supply, Engine, drums, drum motors, another set of main charge units...
I can understand one machine, but four machines with the same symptoms??? what gives?
The product may be brilliant and the salesperson proficient, but if the technician isn’t efficient, then the story will end there.

I've seen posts that say to make sure the main charge counter was cleared when doing maintenance. The voltage adjustments are set according to the amount images.
    Hope that helps !

Alot of techs having this issue they reset sim U119 and forget about U930. Reset sim U930 and chances are you'll not see the code again.

      Good luck.

It usually happens when tech's don't follow the procedure to the end:
