    Voyager has a tendency to over crammed toner into the DV. And because of the increase inside pressure and how the auger is shaped it has a tendency to push toner out to where it is weaker ie, driving gears.

    design flaw is what it was, rebuild is only a temporary work around.
    Idling colour developers are not healthy developers.

      it sounds like the ricoh 30cpm b/w machines where drum/dev units wld blast toner over time.
      do i have to initialize upon install or is it self detected?
