    [Misc] Kyocera 3640 fax issue....

Customer can fax to stand alone fax machines all day. However cannot fax to a location that has a fax server with routing queues???????

Have not seen this in person, this is customers explanation.

    Any thoughts????

    Re: Kyocera 3640 fax issue....

I had a similar problem, but with a KM5050. My customer was a doctors office and their machine was set up for network faxing.
They sent a lot of faxes all day long, to other doctors offices and insurance companies, etc.
Some of the destinations were stand alone faxes, with dedicated fax lines and some were dedicated fax lines going to network or pc faxes and
then others were routed through internet fax programs.
A lot of time went into this problem, but we/they together figured out which destinations they could sent a normal fax the old fashioned way and
who they had to send a network fax to. I know it doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but they had to switch up how they sent a fax and to who, depending
    on the destinations set up.
There were some, only a couple out of about a hundred, that they could not send to at all either way. No matter what we did.
They had to scan those documents to their pc and then send it in an email or they could have set it up to scan to email, but they didn't want that.

I hope my long novel here wasn't a waste of your time, but that was my experience with this issue.
Since then, I have done my best to talk my customers into ditching the fax and going with email (the new fax)

Below are the errors that customer receives when faxing to the fax servers in question......

U01094 The preset number of command retransfers for DCS/NSS signals was exceeded during
      phase B of transmission.

U01095 No relevant signal was received after transmission of a PPS (Q) signal during phase D of
transmission, and the preset number of command transfers was exceeded.

Any idea what these mean? And more importantly how to fix??

Changing the settings for the errors in the VOIP settings guide applies to non VOIP lines if you're getting line errors.
That's where I would start first. I've used it to resolve issues.
        Hope that helps !
