    can 300i do auto tray switching ?

    amazing the work flow and ways that endusers work with their MFPs !

    i have a request from one such office..
    they have 4 trays on a Kyo 300i
    they'd like tray 1 (portrait letter size) to empty.. then roll over to tray4 (letter also)... never including trays 2 and 3.
    possible?
    (please dont tell me Prescribe.. ididnt take that course)

      Sorry, the answer is PreScribe. Now is a great time to learn. I think the Stratos has a Printable Data prompt from the Command Center. Other choices are LPR Jar or IC Link or from the command prompt:

      Send the following PreScribe command: !R! FRPO R1,99;EXIT;

                  I'm assuming that you mean the Alphard II. Remote Management Services are third party applications that can appear on the MFP's display panel. =^..^=
