    Kyocera FS-C 2026

We have a machine that produces copies from the MP tray with no issue but from tray 1 it pauses during the run.

I've put 2 videos up of the issue here:

We have changed the feed drive assembly and updated firmware but the issue still remains.

Just wondering if anybody has ever had similar issue and managed to resolve it.

This does not look like Cassette 1 vs Mp Tray issue. On the 1st vid you had some printer processing delay with the particular document. Is it EXACTLY the same configuration and document in both vids, with difference just being paper source? Is the driver latest KX 6.2?

Check the paper/media type is not set to thick paper. Thick paper setting is slightly slower.

More than likely the pressure spring for the pickup roller is missing. I thought I had posted the resolution to that here.
        Hope that helps !

You probably have, but the noobies aren't doing a search before hand.
