    [Error Code] 0840 in 25 PPM kyocera color MFP

    Main pwb replaced still the problem same ( intermittently ). Any solutions please?

      It would be helpful to know if this was a KM-2550, or a KM-2540, or a KM-2560, or a KM-C2520, or a KM-C2525E, or a KM-250ci, or a KM-255C, or a FS-C2526MFP, or a KM-2550ci.

      Did you do a U906 Partial Reset, and re-load the firmware? =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Thanks dear for ur response

          Its a KM250ci. Did U906, U24, U21 and latest FW upgraded. It happens intermittently. Random occurrence between 300,470,500,600,900 pages
