Re: kyocera fs-1116
If you had glanced at your manual, zaza, you would have noticed that the C6400 error is a zero-cross error. You could have discovered that from any Kyocera service manual.
A zero-cross error means that a power disruption has interfered with the machines ability to control the temperature of the fuser. You most certainly can't fix a power disruption after it's happened, but you can reset the fuser error in U163. And you could make improvements to the power provided by running a dedicated line, or connecting an uninterruptable power supply (UPS). =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: kyocera fs-1116
the C6400 is a Fuser related Error code, as "the above member": stated it has to do with your office voltage stability, please have an electrician check the voltage in your office to ensure the correct voltage input is coming in and there is proper grounding. IF that doesnt work, youll need a new fuser unit (FK-110)Comment
