    [Misc] Kyocera Event Reports

We are wondering a few things about the Event Reports that are emailed out:

    1. What is all included in "All Other Errors" (we cant find a definition in the SM)

    2. At what point does it report "Low Toner" (how much toner is left?)

    Thanks in advanced!!!! You rock

I do not know about the first one, but the low toner report is sent out when the machine displays low toner. That can be adjusted in maint mode

Nope. It will warn you about 5% of the total amount of toner in the cartridge. There is no way to anticipate how many pages that might be.

Why don't you perform some experiments and post the results here? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thats a good idea. We will have around 200 machines going out here in the next few weeks. We just wanted to get an idea of when we get the notification and how soon we can get to the customer.

Because of the type of contract and 3rd party we have to deal with, we cant leave extra toner with them.
