Connection Error(0x8009) 5500i

Connection Error(0x8009) 5500i Got this error when testing meter reading report from command center. Can send e mails no problem but not scheduled reports/meter readings. Cant find this code in SM. Any ideas? got a few copiers on this site some work some dont even though all the settings are identical.

Set the email address up in the address book & try scanning to it, to see what code it generates.
