    [Error Code] F041 Taskalfa 7551ci Taskalfa 6551ci

Had an interesting error on a 7551ci recently, The machine shows F041Communication error between Main PWB and Scanner engine, oddly the power supply for the scanner ISC PWB comes from the Power Supply board used for the LCT cassettes, located at the rear of the LCT trays, rather than the main power supply board located at the rear of the image process area.( as you would assume)

Hope this saves you a bit of time one day.Capture2.JPG

    Thanks for sharing. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thank you copylogic! Would have chased forever if I followed the manual.

Thanks for this mate. Looked at this straight away, and found the board had blew. Cheers
