Muritec C2280 with a C9404 error code

    Muritec C2280 with a C9404 error code

    About the only thing I can find is that it is a CIS error. Can this be reset through service. IOs this unit a Konica/ Minolta with different covers ? Looks very much like one and web searches bring up a lot of Konica info.

      Try to re-seat all connections to the CIS in the DF-701 sometimes its just a loose connection.

          Thank You London, The unit is not under contract so the client is up in the air about paying for the Service call. I appreciate the feed back.
