I have loaded drivers but won't print. I can ping it. Is there a special port or something? I only work on Konica usually, but...

Yes it is special depending on the type, usually a special ob_ip port, it wont work with a standard tcp/ip port usually.

Could you walk me through? I am only a tech, not very good with ip stuff. I set up the driver for tcp/ip, raw, port 9100, snmp enabled. I can ping the printer address, but no print. Thanks for your help, I have a customer screaming.
