Customer has a 1330. Works great except.. every time he goes to make copies it has to calibrate b4 it will copy. Didn't used to do this. Is it an energy save setting? How do I change it so it won't 'calibrate' all the time.

Had some experience with muratec, if you;re authorized call support they are top notch!
I think they might even have a customer support phone number if needed -

You can try reseating the NIC card, but usually end up replacing.Comment

If the machine is constantly calibrating, check your clock setting. The scan lamp is set to go off at 7:00 or 8:00 pm and come back on at 6:30 am.
