I am working on a Muratec MFX-2050. I can make a copy and fax. Then, the copier freezes up and I cannot switch from copy, fax, or scan. The only way I can get another copy is to turn the copier off and on again, but after another few copies it freezes up again. Has anyone seen this before. Thanks for your help.

When I went there, I could not get the op panel to freeze up. I did a firmware update. Thanks for the help.Comment

It is very intermittent. I did see it happen once after updating the firmware and replacing all the boards in the operations panel. After it comes out of sleep mode, the panel is locked up no matter if I press anything on the touch screen or any buttons on the operations panel. The power seems to check out from the wall. Seems to have a good ground also.Comment
