    Magenta and Cyan Lines? C2280

    Working on this C2280 and when printing and/or send the demo page from the machine itself the quality is great if you make a color copy there are lines going across the page magenta and then cyan the next they are perfectly spaced and looks kinda like a notepad. Any ideas? Ive tried running gradations and thats about it because the prints look great.

      The installation instructions were not followed exactly. This will happen until the machine is setup correctly.

          This is a rebadged Konica-Minolta box... a C284 or c284e.... yes setup proc was likely not followed to the letter.

              Did you get this issue resolved?

                  Yes I did. The set up process must be followed all the way through it is like a security they have on the machines and I mean all the way install date, serial numbers for anything you have on it IE finishers,ADF, all that stuff, once set up was complete it was just fine

                      I have the some problem but I don't have installation procedure for a bizhub c258. Can you help me?

                          There's no such procedure in Bizhub C258. If that happend for whatever reason to You (happend to me last week), You go into service mode, press Stop, 3, You set up the date, You restart the machine and that's it, should work after that.
