    f520/560/525/565/mfx1430/1450/2030/2050 Heat roller gear

    anyone figure out the 36 tooth gear for these fusers yet. i was using the f320 hr gear but now discontinued. it has to cross somewhere else maybe a 36 tooth hp.

      Do you have a photo and dimensions? I have a vast selection of scavenged gears ...

      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

              Can you include a mm scale in the picture? It's really hard to measure without a reference. =^..^=

                      I don't have a match for you but here are the specs (I converted the dimensions since these are metric gears):

                      Module: 1
                      Pitch Diameter: 36mm
                      Teeth: 36
                      Bore: 28.5mm
                      Face Width: 8mm
                      Circular Pitch: 3.14

                      I have ring gears in 1 module, with 26 and 32 teeth, but not 36.

                      There are many companies that custom make gears if you have the bucks. =^..^=
