This machine is 1 year and 1 month old just out of warranty. It has 21,000 copies on it. The customer said they were on the phone with Dell techs for a few hours. Tried new toner, cleaned laser lens... The machine will occasionally say (during patch test) say that different drums (yellow, black etc...) need to be reseated. The drums are supposed to last 60,000 copies. I am guessing the HVPS rather than a drum issue... Any feedback would be very appreciated.. Thanks so much !! I tried to attach a test copy but couldn't get it to work....
