Olivetti D-Copia 16 paper is unclean in the other side of the printed paper

    Hello All,

    I have an Olivetti D-Copia 16.

It prints the image ok. The problem is that it gives a spotted or a taint in the other side of the plain paper the not printed one.

Any guess to where the problem is will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

Have you considered that this machine (rebadged KM-1620) is 13 years old? Your service call will double the cost of the machine, leaving the current value at about $50.00 USD. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Print a staus page on ledger size paper and stop the print[ open the front door] just after THE lead edge of the paper exits the exit assy. Examine the paper and see where the spot is at, before the fuser of after or others. clean the transfer roller and examine it.
