    Brother MFC9450CDN

Good evening everyone and good Sunday to you.
It's been a few days that I'm working on this machine mfc9450cdn brother.
it shows me the message asking to replace the cartridges Magenta, Cyan, Yellow yet these cartridges were purchased together with the black cartridge that does not have a problem.
I wonder if this is a problem of toner.
I have completely cleaned without all those cartridges but it did not change anything because the problem persists.
I wonder if this is a problem of toner but even after replacing the cartridges, the problem persists.
The machine works does not work in color but works correctly in black color and that is disrupting things and blocking my client's work.
Please, do you have an idea to correct this problem?

If I were to take a guess, I would say that only a new cartridge can reset the Add Toner indication. Why don't you buy some new toner cartridges?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

With power on, open the toner access main door (You will get a "door open" message in the LCD.)
      2. Hit the "Clear/Back" button to access the "Toner Reset Menu"

      3. Using the up Down "Search" arrow buttons, you can then scroll through reset options for each of the printer's [4] toner cartridges
      Code: B. = black; C. = cyan; M. = magenta and Y. = yellow
      4. For each for these cartridges is the option to reset for standard yield = S or High Yield = H
      5. Using the number keypad, select option #1 (to reset to the size you have installed.
      6. Hit the "Clear/Back" button to get out of the menu, close door and the problem is hopefully resolved.
